Suggested Shrubs to Plant in your Garden

Shrubs can create different effects and sensations within a garden that vary with the time of year. They can complement feature plants or offset structural features such as timber or brickwork all year round.
Shrubs give borders structure, colour and personality and can be used creatively to set the mood of the garden. The sizes given in the following list are the likely ultimate heights of the plants. They will however, vary according to conditions. Sizes are indicated as a general guide: Small = up to 90cm. Medium = 90 – 180cm. Large = 180cm +.
